Carrier's 19XRV series Evergreen® high efficiency variable speed water cooled chillers offer the best value in high-efficiency, HFC-134a refrigerant water cooled chillers. The Evergreen single stage variable speed centrifugal compressor design utilises variable speed technology to optimise compressor efficiency while reducing the total number of moving parts and increasing product reliability. Today's building owners demand high efficiency from their chillers. Per ARI 550/590-2003, chillers operate at design conditions less than one percent of the time. As a result, superior part load efficiency is required for today's chilled water applications. Capacity range (700 to 5100 kW). Take apart construction reduces installation cost. Optional isolation valves allow storage of refrigerant in the chiller, reducing service time and expense. Evaporator and condensers are available with standard nozzle in head or optional marine style evaporator and condenser water boxes. The 19XRV series chiller is equipped with unit mounted variable speed compressor motor drive that maximises chiller efficiency by optimising compressor operation. Electric power consumption drops dramatically when motor speed slows. The 19XRV delivers industry leading Integrated Part Load Values (IPLV). All Carrier 19XR series Evergreen chillers are rated and certified to ARI 550/590-2003 performance standard.
