39CBF Air Handling Units
The 39CBF Cold bridge Free Air Handling Unit is designed for today and tomorrows energy efficient buildings. The 39CBF’s unique design and insulation system has eliminated the metal to metal contact between inner and outer surfaces that can cause surface condensation where there is a large difference between inside and the outside temperatures. The 50mm thick CBF casing panels rest against ultra-tight seals – and no leakage path for air to escape.The 39CBF features extruded aluminium perimeter frame with composite corner posts. The external panels are 50mm double skin, colourbond external galvanised internal with injected Polyurethane insulation. The panels have a thermal conductivity factor of 0.02w/mK. Full size hinged access doors are equipped with hexagon scocket compression type latch assembly complete with non-conductive handles for easy removal.
